AI systems for small business

We turn manual work into minutes.

Scope. Build. Automate. Support.

If a manual process is costing your team hours every week, we build the automation and AI agents that fix it — without the overhead of an in-house engineering team.

Who We Are

AH

Andrew Haas

Founder & Principal Consultant

Andrew founded A.G. Haas AI Advisory in June 2026 to bring practical, right-sized AI systems to small businesses — the kind of automation usually reserved for companies with a dedicated engineering team. Every engagement starts the same way: understand the actual bottleneck before proposing a fix, then build the smallest system that removes it. From there, work is structured hourly, by project, or on retainer, depending on what fits.

His background is in rigorous financial and quantitative analysis — the kind of environment where even the most sophisticated firms still run critical processes on manual spreadsheets and inherited workflows. Outside client work, he builds his own tools, including a Python-based market intelligence system tracking risk metrics, factor exposure, and sentiment across public companies — the same builder's instinct for real, working systems that goes into every engagement.

STRATEGY

AI strategy & discovery

Before we build anything, we spend time on-site understanding how work actually moves through your business — not just where you think the bottleneck is, but where it actually sits. That becomes a prioritized plan, not a wish list.

AUTOMATE

Workflow automation

Manual, repetitive work — document generation, data entry, scheduling, reconciliation — rebuilt as systems that run on their own, so your team's time goes toward the work only they can do.

AGENTS

Custom AI agents

Purpose-built agents for a single task, trained on your documents, forms, and templates — not a generic chatbot bolted on top. Built to hand off cleanly to a person at the right moment.

INTAKE

Process & intake systems

End-to-end systems that take a request from first contact to finished output, with a clear paper trail at every stage and nothing falling through the cracks.

Why It Works

BUILDER

Built by someone who's actually built things

Every system here is designed by someone with real hands-on building experience — not just familiarity with AI tools, but the ability to architect, build, and ship a working system end to end.

SPEED

Small enough to move, disciplined enough to last

No account managers, no six-month enterprise timeline. Engagements are scoped and documented like an institutional project, delivered at small-business speed.

OWNERSHIP

You own what gets built

No proprietary black box, no vendor lock-in. Every system is documented clearly enough that your team could hand it to someone else entirely, if it ever needed to.

PROOF

A track record you can check

Not just promises — a live case study below, and a client willing to put their name behind the results.

Who We Help

Three kinds of firms tend to see this pattern most clearly — and every engagement includes making sure your team knows how to work with what we build, not just receives it.

FINANCE

Financial services & wealth management

Industry research consistently finds that advisors spend less than a fifth of their week in front of clients — the rest disappears into onboarding paperwork, compliance documentation, and portfolio reporting. We build the systems that claw that time back.

LEGAL

Law firms

The average attorney logs roughly 48 hours a week but bills closer to 36 of them — and firms that respond to a new inquiry within a day convert meaningfully more of them than firms that don't. We rebuild intake, drafting, and follow-up so speed and consistency stop depending on who happens to check email first.

TAX

Accounting & tax practices

Busy season bottlenecks trace back to the same few places almost every year: chasing client documents, keying data by hand, and status updates that eat a preparer's day. We automate the logistics so your team's time goes toward the judgment calls only they can make.

How It Works

01

Scope

We start on-site, meeting with you and your team to understand the actual bottleneck — not the one we assumed walking in.

02

Build

We design what the system will look like, then build it — from concept through working implementation.

03

Automate

We integrate the system into how your team already works, so nothing about their day-to-day has to change to use it.

04

Support

We stay on to refine the system as your business changes, with constant adjustments to keep it running right.

Work

CASE STUDY — HAAS INTAKE SYSTEM

Jurisdiction-specific AI agents for legal document drafting

We built this for a legal services client: agents that draft first-pass legal documents directly from intake data, tuned to jurisdiction-specific requirements. What used to take most of a day of manual drafting now takes minutes.

"Andrew brought great ideas and helped turn a 20-hour manual process into an automated one that takes minutes."

Common Questions

No — the goal is to take repetitive work off their plate, not take them off the team. The people already doing intake, drafting, or data entry are usually the first ones who benefit, since it's their time getting freed up.

No. Everything we build is designed to run inside how your business already works, without a dedicated technical person to maintain it. That's part of the point.

That's exactly what the first conversation is for. Most clients don't arrive with a clear list — we spend that first session mapping how work actually moves through your firm and identifying where the time is really going.

It depends entirely on the size of the problem. Every engagement starts with an initial conversation, followed by an assessment of your specific situation — from there, we give you a realistic timeline and a clear proposal before you commit to anything.

Both. Every system comes with hands-on training for the people who'll actually use it day to day — and if it's useful, we're glad to run a broader session on how to use AI tools responsibly, beyond just what we build for you.

Every engagement is confidential, and an NDA is available before we discuss specifics. Data handling is part of the scoping conversation up front, not an afterthought.

We're based in Philadelphia and prioritize on-site work for scoping and building — for firms outside the area, reach out and we'll figure out what's possible.

Let's talk.

If a manual process is costing your team hours every week, that's exactly where we start.

The first conversation is free, with no obligation — if there's nothing worth automating yet, we'll say so. Everything discussed stays confidential, with an NDA available on request.
